Key Principles

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. We apply Florida statutes and controlling federal law to protect rights and ensure consistent practice.

Jurisdiction & Venue

Exclusive venue lies in the state courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division. By enrolling, families consent to this jurisdiction and venue.

Dispute Resolution First

Before filing a claim, the parties will make good-faith efforts to resolve issues through dialogue and, if helpful, mediation. This approach preserves relationships and reduces time and cost.

International Enrollment

International families agree that Florida law governs their Summit relationship and consent to the venue above, to the extent permitted by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of their country of residence.

Severability & Survival

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Terms addressing jurisdiction, governing law, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Updates & Notices

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes. We will post the effective date and provide notice when material changes occur. Continued enrollment signifies acceptance of updated terms.
