Our institution follows both national and international standards to secure intellectual rights. In most cases, the original creator retains ownership of their work, unless stated otherwise by agreement. Therefore, we encourage content creators to document authorship clearly.

DMCA Compliance

We strictly follow the procedures outlined by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If a copyright owner believes their work has been used without permission, they can submit a DMCA notice. Once received, we review the claim promptly and take action, which may include content removal or legal resolution. Moreover, this ensures that all parties understand their rights and responsibilities.

Fair Use Guidelines
