German 4: Academic Proficiency is designed to prepare students for academic writing, structured oral presentations, and professional communication in global contexts.
Through complex readings, formal writing tasks, and simulated professional interactions, students refine their command of German for real-world application in higher education and international settings.
Emphasis is placed on argumentative writing, research presentations, intercultural dialogue, and formal speech, aligning with college readiness and CEFR B2/C1 targets.
German 4 is ideal for students planning to pursue language certifications, or academic programs requiring a high level of written and spoken proficiency.

German IV prepares students for real-world language use in academic, cultural, and professional contexts.
