High School · 1.0 Credit per Level · CEFR-Aligned Language Curriculum
Summit’s French Language Program guides students from beginner to advanced levels through a CEFR-aligned structure that builds global fluency, confidence, and academic readiness.
Each level develops essential listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills while integrating cultural context and interpersonal expression.
By working with native or near-native speakers in immersive online sessions, students gain authentic communication skills. In addition, they prepare for advanced assessments such as Advanced French and the DELF B1/B2.
As a result, our French pathway supports learners aiming for international universities, global internships, and multilingual careers across the Francophone world.
The French program at Summit College Preparatory develops fluent, culturally aware learners who can navigate academic and social environments across the Francophone world. Courses foster deep engagement with language, literature, and cultural context from beginner to advanced levels.

In French 3: Independent Expression , learners strengthen grammar and begin composing essays, dialogues, and presentations.
Finally, French 4: Academic Communication focuses on AP French preparation, analysis of texts, and advanced oral fluency.
