Quality & Governance

Leadership sets policy, approves syllabi, supervises instruction, and reports results each term.

Faculty standards require subject mastery, effective live teaching, and clear written feedback.

Safeguards include background checks, privacy training, Zoom waiting rooms, and documented procedures.

Students sign in with their Microsoft 365 school accounts through ClassLink.

Assignments, feedback, and communication occur in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Calendar). WhatsApp Business supports brief coordination when needed.

Scheduling & Time Zone

Each student follows an individual monthly schedule with fixed days and times. We confirm any change in writing and update calendar invites immediately.

The master calendar uses U.S. Eastern Time (Florida)—EST (UTC−05:00) in winter and EDT (UTC−04:00) in summer.

Quality Commitments (Service Standards)

Live minutes as scheduled; small groups; cameras on unless the school grants an accommodation; verified attendance every class.

Evidence of Quality

Standards & Safeguards

Academic Integrity

Rubrics define expectations; students submit original work via Microsoft 365; teachers verify sources and authorship.

Privacy & Recordings

We record only when instruction requires it and after notice; files are stored in OneDrive with limited access and scheduled deletion.

Safety Online

Zoom waiting rooms, passcodes, and host controls remain active. We keep class links private and admit only verified students.

Access & Accommodations

Families may request supports for instruction or assessment. We confirm approved accommodations in writing and align them with live classes and evaluation.
