Complaint and Grievance Procedures
Summit College Preparatory School is committed to resolving legal, compliance, and ethical concerns promptly. If students, parents, or staff have complaints or grievances regarding legal or compliance matters, the following procedures apply:
Initial Report: Submit the concern or complaint in writing to the appropriate contact listed above.
Investigation: The school will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five (5) business days and begin an investigation.
Resolution: Summit College Preparatory School will provide a resolution or decision within thirty (30) calendar days from the complaint submission date. If additional investigation is needed, the timeline may be extended.
Appeals: If the complainant is unsatisfied with the resolution, they may request a formal appeal, which will be reviewed by the designated higher authority within the school.
Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation
